Paddleboard Connection offers guided tours at a variety of launch sites within the Lake Worth Lagoon located in Palm Beach County.

Ready for your Palm Beach stand up paddle board tour? If you are lucky enough to live here; slow down and enjoy a natural setting within our urban environment. If you are a visitor here in Palm Beach County, walk on the wild side and explore our rivers, lakes, Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean while enjoying our wonderful tropical climate.

We conduct sunset and full moon tours at the Snook Islands and other locations within Palm Beach County. We also offer morning tours of the Snook Islands in Lake Worth, the Bingham Islands in Palm Beach, Munyon Island just north of Singer Island, Spanish Bay in Ocean Ridge near Boynton Beach all within the Lake Worth Lagoon and other locations. The Lake Worth Lagoon is a treasure within our Intracoastal Waterway System in Palm Beach County. Also known as the Lake Worth Estuary, the Lake Worth Lagoon runs 20 miles north to south, almost the entire length of Palm Beach County. It’s also wider than most sections of the Intracoastal Waterway making it a great place to paddle on flat water in many different locations and setting.


The Snook Islands are located in Lake Worth just north of the Lake Worth Intracoastal Bridge.

The Bingham Islands are located in Palm Beach on the ease side of the Intracoastal bridge on Southern Boulevard.

Munyon Island is located just outside of the John D. McArthur State Park located just north of Singer Island.

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. In order to get the dates and times that work with your schedule; it is advisable to make your reservations 48 hours or more in advance.

Paddleboard Connection will bring the equipment. You just show up and have fun! Our tours will include a guide, USA made boards Water’s Edge stand up paddleboards manufactured here in Florida, USA made Werner paddles, safety equipment including life vest and paddleboard leash. Life vests are required by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Just a reminder of Paddleboard Connection’s cancellation policy; customers must cancel at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours prior to your scheduled drop off will result in a forfeiture of your payment. Safety is always a concern so we reserve the right to cancel if we determine that the weather will be unsafe.
